Fire razed 100 stalls at the Baguio Public Market early Friday.
The Bureau of Fire Protection said sparks from a power line started the fire at around 4 a.m.
There were no reported casualties in the incident. Authorities have yet to determine the amount of damage caused by the fire.
Located at the lower end of Session Road, the Baguio Public Market area is considered one of the top tourist attractions in the country’s City of Pines.
