Agence France-Presse|LOS ANGELES - HBO, the cable television network, has bought a documentary about Barack Obama's successful White House race, produced by actor Ed Norton, industry press said Friday.
Variety and Hollywood Reporter said the two-time Oscar nominee Norton contacted Obama two years ago to get his cooperation, and got it, securing access to him, aides and his family.
Filming will continue through Inauguration Day January 20 when the United States' first black president is to take office.
