Kazel Kinouchi, she's been introduced in public last night as the Shopaholic Chick ng Paranaque City. Kazel is the fourteenth housemate of Pinoy Big Brother Teen Clash 2010. Kazel Kinouchi is half Filipino and half Japanese and is currently studying in DLSU.
