The product itself works fine but the cord is beginning to tear , after a 3 months, but thats due to physical abuse. Recommend buy if you takes things easy and its compatible with you labtop.

Purchased as a replacement for a dead OEM adaptor. Works well, good tight fit for the plug. Only downside has been that it does get much warmer than the original. So long as the brick isn't covered with a blanket or a coat it shouldn't be a problem.

Much cheaper than the charger on the official HP website and works just fine.
ReplyDeleteAs other reviewers noted, the cord is shorter than the original, but for me, my adapter was broken, not the cord, so I was able to use the old cord with the new adapter anyway.
I'm not sure, but it seems to get hotter than the old adapter (one that came w/laptop) did.

i bought this thinking it was an hp brand first of all. it ended up being some piece of junk made in china, which already did not work from the day i started using it! the plug to my computer does not even fit well, and the connection with the electricity comes and goes, and now is totally dead! all of this in less than one week and very very little use! a waste of 13 dollars for sure!

I first ordered the wrong cord, but the company was very accomodating and sent me the correct cord in a timely fashion once they received the incorrect one i ordered. Great buy and I will definately buy from them again!!
