Believe it or not, she is a Full-pledged Filipina.

A lot of people (even me) were being fooled by the name and grazing smile of Arabella Hanesh thinking that she is a mixed-blood Pinay. We cannot deny the fact that Hanesh is a half-Middle Eastern beauty but according to her, she is a full-pledged Filipina both in heart and will. Hanesh was so proud representing her province Pangasinan in the upcoming Bb. Pilipinas 2011 pageant this coming April 10.

Hanesh is a talent of Star Magic in ABS-CBN and is not new in the beauty pageant scene, having joined and no doubt garnering 2nd Runner-Up in Mutya ng Pilipinas 2005. She is not a greenhorn in international competitions either. She is truly a remarkable candidate.

Bb. Pilipinas pageant this year is tight and crowded that the ladies need all the luck in the world to be with and guide them on that one coronation night. Stand alone, Arabella is a stunner, even more in person. Her photographs emphasize too much on her wide smile and pearly whites. But in the flesh, she has fine features that make for a stand-out presence.

Aside from that, the feature that I personally love most about Hanesh is her fitting confidence.

Binibining Pilipinas 2011, the 48th edition of Binibining Pilipinas, will be held on April 10, 2011 Araneta Coliseum, Quezon City, Philippines. Forty ladies will compete for three titles: Binibining Pilipinas-Universe, Binibining Pilipinas-International, and Binibining Pilipinas-Tourism Queen International. The Binibining Pilipinas-Universe winner will compete in Miss Universe 2011 in São Paulo, Brazil and Binibining Pilipinas-International will compete in Miss International 2011 in Chengdu, China.

The preliminary competition will take place on April 3, 2011, after the much awaited Parade of Beauties at the Araneta Center, Quezon City to be aired on ABS-CBN.
