Spot.ph Site Hackable?

This is a warning posted by D4rkb1t on his blog. Read his post below:

Good day, D4rkb1t here.
I would like to use this opportunity to inform you that I d4rkb1t a part of
Anon and PhilKer has found vulnerabilities on your website (spot.ph)
making it "hackable".
Please try to audit your site security, We PhilKer will be defacing the site
in 24hours if the vulnerabilities are not fixed. If you are unable to remove
the deface in 3hours, I will be the one to remove it myself.
The deface will just be a "index.html" so you can easily just delete it and
everything will be restored.
The deface will contain a message from PhilKer to the webdevs.
A link to the active site will be included, making the deface somewhat like
a portal.
Visitors can just click the "Visit Site" from the deface to see full site.
