Location of Center: (as of 10:00 a.m.) 270 km Northeast of Virac, Catanduanes Coordinates: 15.3°N, 126.3°E Strength: Maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph Movement: Northwest at 13 kph Forecast Positions/Outlook: Friday morning: 290 km East of Tuguegarao City Saturday morning: 150 km East of Basco, Batanes Sunday morning: 350 km North of Basco, Batanes
