Envisions Prosperity; Abundant Food, Products, Maximum Employment, Peace & Order. To propagate the rice industry & manufacture Phil made appliances, electronics, automobiles, ships, helicopters, airplanes to maximize utilization of our tremendous unemployed manpower.
