The Department of Health website was defaced Friday night with a picture of a penis posted on the site's frontdoor.
The photo of a PENIS was posted beside a DOH press release dated December 17 advising parents to disallow children from using firecrackers. The penis photo was pasted beside a photo of Health Secretary Francisco Duque with the words "Use Penis" on top.
As of posting time, the DOH website is back to normal operation. *lol
