Mechanics:

•The raffle draw is open to all new/ potential Globe Tattoo subscribers

•Purchase a Tattoo Barkada Promo (Buy 3, Get 1 Free) and get one (1) raffle ticket.

•Prizes at stake are:

–Two (2) Grand winners of four (4) Patron tickets worth P 6,150 each

–Ten (10) winners of four (4) upper box A tickets worth P 3,710 each

•Deadline for submission of entries is on April 3, 2011 at 9PM.

•Directors, management, and employees including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity of Globe Telecom, or any of the agencies and companies associated with this promotion are not entitled to participate in this promotion.

•One raffle draw will be conducted on April 5, 2011 at the Globe office, 3/F Pioneer cor. Madison St., Mandaluyong City, 5PM to be witnessed by a DTI representative

•Globe Telecom will inform the final winners thru email, via cellphone call, and text.

•Winning subscribers should claim their prize from April 6 until 7:00PM of April 8 from receipt of official call or text.

•Winning subscribers must present the ff upon claiming the prize at the Globe office from April 6-8, 2011 from 10am-7PM

–Valid ID  (i.e. Driver’s license, Passport, SSS ID, TIN ID, Company or School ID). The name on the Valid ID Must correspond to the registered name in the promo

–Official notification text from Globe together with the winning ticket stub.

•Authorized representatives shall be allowed to claim in behalf of the winning subscriber provided that he/she is able to present the ff:

–Copy of the registered subscriber’s valid ID

–Authorized representative’s valid ID

–Official text from Globe

–Authorization letter from the winner

•A participant can only win once. If a name wins more than once, he/she get the prize with bigger value. Prizes are transferrable, non-covertible to cash. Globe Telecom shall pay for the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.

•Globe Telecom will not be accountable for any costs incurred by the winner in getting their prize.
