Carla’s full name is Carla Marie V. Lacson and was born in La Union (august 16, 1988), her dad’s province, but lives and grew up in Quezon City. Her mom’s province is Balanga, Bataan. She’s the eldest along with her 2 siblings.

She studied elementary and high school in St. Mary’s college and graduated in UST and passed the board exam with the course of Pharmacist.

She loves to sing, (she has a beautiful voice) reading novels, watching movies. Her favorite movies are Wicker Park, Cayote Ugly and Heaven Sent. Her sports are badminton, table tennis and volleyball. Her favorite colors are blue, white and black.

Carla has a very “makulit” and outgoing personality and she’s closes to her family especially to her little sister. She loves to hangout with her friends and cousins but sometimes she chooses to stay at home and just read some novels. Binibining Pilipinas 2011, the 48th edition of Binibining Pilipinas, will be held on April 10, 2011 Araneta Coliseum, Quezon City, Philippines. Forty ladies will compete for three titles: Binibining Pilipinas-Universe, Binibining Pilipinas-International, and Binibining Pilipinas-Tourism Queen International. The Binibining Pilipinas-Universe winner will compete in Miss Universe 2011 in São Paulo, Brazil and Binibining Pilipinas-International will compete in Miss International 2011 in Chengdu, China.

The preliminary competition will take place on April 3, 2011, after the much awaited Parade of Beauties at the Araneta Center, Quezon City to be aired on ABS-CBN.
